The Trouble With Ella, Part Two

Yeah.  So I just got off the phone with the 911 emergency people.

I did not call them.

They called me.

Because someone from my house called them.

And hung up.

Mm-hm.

She had the phone in her hand when it started ringing.

Yep, it was her.

That cute little smile is only going to last so long…

When I am not working at home…I work in a place where I receive these mysterious hang-up calls…Never fear they happen all the time! I hope the person that called you back was kind! It sounds like your Ella is trying to compensate for the rest of the kids being at school all day…she is worried you might have too much free time :)))! Hang in there…

  2. Oh my goodness, that’s hilarious. How old is she? I don’t even think my Audrey knows to dial 911… perhaps I should wait a while to teach her.

Love that adorable, mischievous grin. 🙂

  3. LOL – Oh my! Time to put the phones up on top of the cabinets – next thing you know you’ll have a phone bill with a $500 call to China on it…..

    I’m still laughing….

  4. That kid is so darn cute! And she is just getting started…

So this is what is going to happen when she’s about 7: She will be a Brownie and you will be standing out in front of a store at a cookie table. You will think she is selling cookies but really she will be playing around by the payphone and dial 911. You will know she did this because a police car will pull up to your cookie stand. And then you will die of embarrassment.

Not that that ever happened to me or anything. I’m just sayin.

OMG…such a STINKER! I have to laugh because as I was reading Lisa’s comment, I was thinking back to when my niece (who was about 8 at the time) did almost the same thing with their school’s payphone when she was there for a Girl Scout function…my brother was SO mad, he marched her down to police station to apologize and she got a very firm talking to by the dispatchers and police officers there at the station…she NEVER did that again. However, your sweet little Ella is much too young for that, although, I think it’s just the beginning of having your hands full of that darling little Princess of yours. That smile is THE BEST. I really think you should enter that into some contest or have her put on the cover of a magazine…there just HAS to be one for that…it’s SO precious! By the way, loved your house all decorated for the holidays…just beautiful and I’m jealous of your beautiful mantle. I don’t have one so I’m living vicariously through you! Hope you have a very Merry Christmas with that beautiful family of yours…here’s hoping everyone is healthy and well by then too! :O)
